This is a Global Alert. When applied, a Global Alert will display across all pages of a website until dismissed by a user. Once dismissed, the alert will not reappear for the remainder of the session. If the user leaves the website/closes their browser and then returns to the website, the alert will reappear.

Alerts are configurable with or without a Call To Action (CTA).
